I live upstairs, but you have the entire bottom level, with a private entrance. 15 minutes to Duke University Campus, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options nearby.

The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house.
