South-West style marks out the interior, with a big brick surround showcasing the welcoming kitchen. This house is a newly renovated historic home from 1941! The Boho/Southwest home is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - with a central location near the airport, convention center, sports arenas, Tempe Town Lakes, ASU hiking and lots of restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Feel free to help yourself to anything in the fridge and pantry! Bathroom: The bathrooms are stocked with items including: hair dryer, toilet paper, and fresh towels. Other Amenities -Washer/Dryer: private Washer and Dryer are available and you can access it with an electronic code. - Additional blankets, sheets, and pillows available upon request. No Parties Aloud! For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive anytime after 3pm and check yourself in. Please put the keys back before checking-out at 11am. While we will not be at the house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We live right down the street and if you need anything you can call or text us. We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. The neighborhood is very centrally located, within walking distance of many sought-after restaurants and bars. Stroll in one of the local parks, and by Tempe Town Lake, just a mile away, before hunting out some bargains at Tempe Market Place. Getting around is extremely simple. Walk, bike, light rail, or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. The back guest house is also on Airbnb. You may be sharing the backyard with another guest. Casita Hideaway at South Mountain

1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.

AHWATUKEE LOCATION: 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 5-30 minutes to Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale and Gilbert. 10-30 minutes to several spring training facilities. Casino and Golf courses nearby. Two blocks to South Mountain trailhead. Close to stores and restaurants! Resort style backyard with mountain views, eating and lounge area, fruit trees, propane grill and firepit. Pool is NOT heated.

Close to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and only three miles from ASU and stadiums.

Ideal...Relax in a Chic, Roomy, Comfy Ahwatukee Family Home in AZ. The 4 bedroom 2 bath house gives your family & friends plenty of space to enjoy during your stay. Watch Netflix/Sports /Youtube TV/Hulu etc on SMART TV's. Wake up enjoying morning coffee on the back patio in a desert like landscape. The Key pad entry makes it convenient to come and go.
