Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.

A 15min walk to the Northgate Light Rail Station provides easy access to points of interest, such as the University of Washington (8mins) and the Space Needle / downtown / sports stadiums (14-18mins).

Our place is a beautiful, artsy, bright studio with high sloping ceilings, windows overlooking greenery, a skylight, & is a 1/3 mile walk from the light rail. We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Full Apartment 7 miles north of Downtown Seattle

Easy access to I-5 (about 7 miles north of downtown), close to Kraken Community Iceplex (1.2 miles), a pool, and other restaurants/shopping (about 1 mile in two different directions). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, separate entrance and plenty of space to call your own. It is most convenient if you have a car, but if you don't mind walking about 1/4 mile, there are buses/lightrail available. Street parking available. We welcome all types of people.

This luxurious and home-y space will provide a very comfortable and accessible experience for you during your stay. With a renovated kitchen, comfortable furniture, and quiet specific location, this is going to be perfect for your stay in Seattle. Just a few minutes from Northgate mall, the link station and the freeway with downtown access, you can get anywhere in the city quickly. Enjoy a clean, comfortable stay in our 320 square feet cozy guest unit. Newly renovated in and out, private front deck, free and easy parking at front yard curbside. Full kitchen including cookware and refrigerator, microwave, stove, fresh coffee beans and burr grinders for pour over. Full bath, iron, hair dryer and essential supplies are provided at house. Dedicated working desk, 55inch TV and a sofa for your entertaining in living room, or walk for a Peninsula view.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Off Street Parking. (Please) Park in our Driveway. Up to 2 cars. TV room with ROKU Mini Fridge filled water. Microwave Private space: Door is locked at all times that separates the space. No coffee maker.
