Includes a well-equipped kitchen, full bath, full-size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI, a 65' Ultra HD TV with AppleTV. Easy on street parking. We respect quiet hours after 8 pm and before 8 am.

Please note: there is no full kitchen, just a kitchenette (microwave, minifridge, tea kettle, plates/silverware). To those sensitive to noise: this is a mother-in-law unit of a home (others live in the building) and it is a busy area of Seattle- you can expect to hear traffic, construction, and pedestrians.
