The Snuggery

Enjoy a happy experience in this newly renovated, family-friendly, lower level unit in an old home in a quiet neighborhood 1.2 miles from UNC. There’s a nook for kids with dvd’s, games and toys, and a special hidden reading spot under the stairs! Queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. This is a studio but sleeping areas are separated with curtains. It's very quiet. Full kitchen, fully stocked. Lovely outside area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Covered parking.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

New Bohemian Studio Tiny Home

This beautiful, newly constructed tiny home is designed to provide you with the perfect (tiny) bohemian studio experience. Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. This is a tiny house so while it is small you have a full kitchen, loft bedroom, living area, and a bathroom. In addition we also have an outdoor fire pit. Our space is the perfect place for couples or individuals looking to experience the tiny house lifestyle.

"Forest Garden" A One Bedroom Retreat

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Cozy Secluded Accessible West Wing

The West Wing is guest quarters to a residence on 15 acres 5 miles south of Chapel Hill. It's an easy 10 minutes (5 miles) to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals and Carrboro. Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.

Creekside Nest near UNC

Tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, this two-story condo is part of a larger townhome complex that has access to a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, and doggy play area. The property provides direct access to the Bolin Creek trail for walking, running, and biking. The townhome is a short, 0.3 mile walk to the town/university bus stop and a 10-minute drive to UNC Hospital.
