Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is quiet. It's on the ground floor of our home and is well equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed and a couch. You can cook small meals in the Kitchenette. It's the main area you get when booking for 2 people. The Bluebird Suite is available for extra guests. Double bed and a couch. The shower and toilet are between the two aforementioned rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer. Park your car and explore Sydney by bus and train or drive 10 mins to Cronulla Beach.

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Secluded River Retreat - extra large studio

A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Studio is fully self contained with direct access to the yard. You’re welcome to use the 2-person kayak and discover the beautiful Port Hacking River that runs along our boundary. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park is just a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store.
