The second-oldest Victorian conservatory in the country, check out these free, beautiful botanical gardens in Druid Hill Park. The neighborhoods around the conservatory can be a little dicey, but the park and conservatory itself are the gems of the Baltimore park system. The conservatory is especially pretty around Christmas time, and is especially known for its orchid and palm rooms.

It's s a historic conservatory / greenhouse and botanical garden located in Druid Hill Park. This is a great spot for the plant lovers in your life, and it’s also a quick trip from the great Maryland Zoo. I especially like the collection of cactuses and succulents.
