best if you want to be a local. There’s free sandwiches and homemade sausage rolls late on a Thursday evening, as well as a live folk band, well it’s more of a jam. Doesn’t take cards. Either turn left and then left again at the Town Hall and go up Beast Banks (via a cash point) or turn right and then right again up Captain French Lane, veering right at the top and crossing the green. LA9 4LB.
