This absolutely darling two-bedroom bungalow is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Our home is located 1.9 miles to the ocean! It is in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Our home has a cozy feel with touches of the coastal life. There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in. Featured on HGTV's "Beach Front Bargain Hunt"!- Beautiful, recently upgraded, oceanfront condo, right on the beach! Both the living room and bedroom have ocean views. There is a King Size bed in the master bedroom and King bed in 2nd bedroom. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.

Our home is located on the creek in Garden City Beach. We offer a full garage apartment, with full kitchen, large walking shower with a private entrance. We are 4 tenth of a mile from The Pier, 3 miles from Murrells Inlet, home of the marsh walk, restaurants and bars. Myrtle beach is 10 miles north. Enjoy watching sunrise or sunset on our 3rd story widow’s walk. We have available 2 bikes, beach chairs and towels. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals.

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
