Great spot - practically right on top of Pleasure Point. We spent the days mountain biking and the evenings in the neighborhood. All walkable with great shops and restaurants. Pontus and Jocelyn were excellent hosts, helpful and upbeat.

Nice, quiet little place. Great location for us. It was me, my son and his friend. Excellent access to the surf and 41st Street surf shops and Chill Out Café for bagels and coffee and Whole Foods. Had fun...the hosts were very nice to us. Had a good selection of books by Thich Nhat Hahn too, if you are in to the whole "peace is every step and gratitude for every breath" type of thing (which I am.) Thanks!

We had a great relaxing weekend in Santa Cruz at Jocelyne and Pontus' place. They were both super helpful showing us around their place and with their recommendations for local spots. The house is within walking distance to the beach and nightlife. It's perfect to enjoy time outdoors on the patio or getting to know Santa Cruz on foot.

This is a wonderful spot right in the heart of Pleasure Point within walking and biking distance to everything you'd need including great coffee shops and the beach. The house is ideal and offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Santa Cruz. Everything I needed was provided and my stay was perfect.
