During the stay, Richard had some concerns with the download speed of the internet. His expectation that the speed be on par with a commercial business wasn’t communicated prior to his booking. If this had been the case, I would have been able to advise him using a download speed test as to what he could reasonably expect. That said, we went out of our way to take care of the issue to the best of our abilities. Overall, his demanding nature and occasional aggressive/adversarial stance was not to our personal liking and I would not be inclined to working with him in the future.
