We had a wonderful stay! The place exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. You can really tell the host put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Kit’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect home base for exploring the west side and offered a good amount of space to accommodate four adults and a small dog. Kit was also very responsive. During our stay we had an issue with the shower drain and Kit was able to get someone to fix it the same day.

Wonderful stay at the Pioneer’s Cabin. Great location. We really enjoyed the layout of the house and the backyard is perfect for our doggy. There’s a jogging trail by the house that will lead you to the beach. The house is centrally located and the neighborhood is friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pioneer’s Cabin. The location is easy to find, and the house has its own gated parking space in the front yard. The house has secured entry access which made us felt safe at all times. The two bedrooms have Cal King-sized bed with super comfortable mattresses. Amenities included an outdoor barbecue (which we’ve used), utensils, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. The central location of the house made it easy to access the major freeways and local attractions. The host was very attentive to our needs and responded to our questions very timely. I would recommend the Pioneer’s Cabin to my friends and relatives whenever they need a place to stay in Los Angeles.
