Sara Cecilia was very punctual and very kind since we met. I was a little nervous because I had never taken a Yoga class but she made sure that everything flowed very comfortably from the beginning being patient and understanding.
During the class I experienced great harmony between body, mind and spirit, it was spectacular facing the sea. the experience was very restorative and complete. I will definitely return to another class. I recommend it. Thank you very much Sara!

Apartment and room was great, neighborhood little bit strange, but the L line was in one block, 20 mins to Manhattan.
Great experience overall!
