Sh1t Happens. Where do I begin? let's start with the little stuff. the deposit is $250, not $150 as listed in listing. The unit looks nothing like the photos. not a picture on the walls, minimal furniture, less than you stage an apartment for sale. but I can handle those. what I can't handle is down right lies. This is a timeshare and you will quickly learn it's likely against his timeshare contract to use Airbnb for booking or use the property solely as an income property as the welcome instructions ask you to lie to the front desk. This later became a nightmare when the plumbing backed up and both toilets flooded putting sewage on the floor of the bathrooms. when I contacted the maintenance, they said they would send someone up while I was out. No one came. They refused to clean because my booking wasn't at least 2 weeks?!?! I then c9ntacted the hosts who responded with "not my problem, you'll have to deal directly with building staff." im out of room to tell you the res

Amazing resort for unbelievable price! The resort is huge with so many amenities. They are greeting you with the glass of sparkling wine. Everyone is extremely polite. Pool and jacuzzi are big and well maintained. Would definitely come back!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the 2 separate sitting rooms and the fireplace kept us nice and warm.
There was a Publix and Target about a mile down the road. The area was very quiet and clean.
We would absolutely stay here again, or at any other of William’s properties.
