The location of the apartment was great - just steps from all the action but on a quiet street. We received an upgrade to a larger apartment that was gorgeous. Catalina was helpful in sending maps and information ahead of time. We did not get to meet her, but she arranged for someone else to let us into the apartment.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Catalina's flat in late September. Th apartment is clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. She even provided some food for breakfast the next day. She always answered our questions promptly and provided lots of extra info to help us on our first trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for us - very central (near the Royal Palace and just off Plaza de la Opera), so an easy walk or short metro ride to everything. Thanks Catalina.

We had a great week in Madrid. Catalina's flat was in the perfect location, quiet street but very close to Royal Theater and Opera metro stop. Building is an old convent and the flat is very nice, clean and has a very comfortable bed. Catalina met us and left us with coffee, milk, bread and fruit. Very nice to get into Madrid and not have to go out right away after traveling all night. We also went to a great tapas place that she recommended. I'm sure we will return! Thanks Catalina.

Catalina is a nice Person, the apartment is really well located and connected with the city. The area is Amazing. The only problem is the temperature in the apartment, the air conditioner is not working well so inside it is really really really hot. I think it is a problem in Summer, maybe tollerable in cold days. In addiction the door of the bathroom is broken, so there is a "little" problem for the privacy. Even if the apartment is nice and clean, I think that the problem of the air conditioner is very bothering.
