The guests were polite and took care of the space, but unfortunately, they did not follow the house rules. They booked for two guests but arrived with four, including a teen and a child. They also booked only one queen bed, which was not suitable for their group size. Additionally, we received complaints from neighbors during their stay. While we chose not to report the issue to Airbnb, this was a challenge for us as hosts. Future hosts may want to confirm guest details in advance.
