great location, nice amenities- everything clean and worked well. i grew up in an old house, so i liked the creaky wood floor!

Richard and Audrey were delightful hosts. The home was amazing and easily walkable to all the downtown “action” though far enough away to feel private and secluded and quiet.

Cozy, clean, stocked with coffee. What more could we ask for?!:)

This place is adorable and has plenty of room for two to 4 people. My sister and I were very comfortable in the apartment. Right outside the door was a little patio table with a view of the turning leaves and a walking bridge. The space was very private and cozy (it was a very cold weekend). We walked to Starbucks and City Bakery every morning which was about a 5 minute walk. Also a 5 minute drive the the Grove Park Inn. The hosts thought of everything from soft fluffy towels to shampoo and conditioner. We loved having extra outlets for all of our gadgets. I will definitely stay here again!

A lovely home with all the character and charm only an older home can have. Everything you need for a comfortable place to relax in. A nice walk into downtown area.
