Half-Swedish and half-Greek, born in Massachusetts and lived in Switzerland from 1997 until 2019 and am now in Sedona, Arizona. I am married to Marc and together we have one daughter Kalea, and 2 Norwegian Forest cats. I run a healng and retreat center in Sedona called SpiritFlow Sedona and also take people out on the red rocks for healing and vortex tours.
