Kaitlyn and family were delightful as usual! It is like having family visiting next door! They are very respectful of the property and always leave the cottage super clean. I would love to see them return.The children are always polite and very respectful.

This was Kaitlyn's ,Peter's and family's second vacation with me ! I was so excited to see them return.. they're a family with a newborn and three other young children ...you couldn't ask for a nicer family to have in your vacation home, such a joy to have next door! They were very respectful of the property and kept it neat and clean. They were quiet and friendly.. we visited a few times which was fun. I was pleased that they took advantage of the kayaks and the fire pit that were available to them, as well as the local beaches. I hope to see them again next summer!!

Kaitlyn and her family were exceptional guests for the week, they were fun to have next door.. to see the children coming and going, playing and enjoying the open spaces around the house. They did a great job taking care of the house and toys, Etc. I would love to have them back if they choose to visit Orrs Island again someday!
