In summary, this guest’s actions — including unmounting my security cameras, making false accusations. She was aware of all listing details before booking, including the conversion of the middle room into an office space. I took every step to ensure the home was properly cleaned, before guest arrival by paying cleaners to clean the home -I inspected, and prepared before her arrival.
This was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience, and I would not host this guest again under any circumstances. All supporting evidence, including photos of the unmounted ADT cameras were submitted.
This guest also complained about the popcorn ceilings and I let the guest know this is a decorative ceiling and and this home was originally built in 1917. And while we have done many renovations to this property, we have also tried to keep some of its original beauty.
