Gregory hat meist spontan geantwortet und sich sehr bemüht unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Leider war er selber nicht vor Ort, die junge Frau, die uns betreuen sollte war leider etwas unzuverlässig und konnte uns wichtige Informationen nicht geben. Sie wusste z.Bnicht, wie man den Luftentfeuchter bedient und wies uns nicht darauf hin, wie wichtig die Inbetriebnahme desselben ist. Erst durch das Durchlesen der Bewertung unserer Vormieterin, die die große Feuchtigkeit im Kellerappartement beklagte und Gregorys Anteort, sie habe den Luftentfeuchter nicht in Betrieb genommen, erkannte ich wie wichtig dieses Gerät ist. Gregory konnte auf Nachfrage das Problem gleich lösen. Leider befand d sich auch keine 2. Zudecken im Appartement, obwohl ich dezidiert geschrieben hatte, dass eine von uns auf der Schlafcouch schlafen will. Es dauerte zwei Tsge, bis die Junge Frau uns die 2. Decke brachte. Zum Glück waren die Nächte noch nicht so kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial.
