My husband and I have lived in the area for about 15 years. We both now work from home, and having used airbnb for travelling ourselves we thought it was time to start hosting and sharing our wonderful space. We may or may not be around during your stay - if we are away, then we're either in London for meetings or in the mountains skiing or walking!

Helen is a really lovely host, very friendly and responsive when we had any questions and provided lot’s of info and recommendations for the surrounding area!
Staying off-grid during storm Amy probably wasn’t our finest idea but thats no fault of the hosts. Just make sure you read the description properly if you are staying during colder months (though, definitely helped by the lovely fire).
The location is very beautiful and we loved having some sheep friends in the field across from the hut. We loved The Compass Inn Pub and The Stalls Cafe both very close by, so so cosy and delicious food.
