Nous avons choisi ce logement par rapport à sa terrasse et son emplacement pour avoir le calme, tout en profitant de cette vue mer qui est magnifique. Néanmoins il faut savoir que en ce moment il y a des travaux . Encore nous avons eu la chance d’arriver le vendredi et de partir le lundi matin donc pas de travaux le week-end. Mais honnêtement payer ce prix là pour entendre la scie et le marteau toute la journée non ! Ou du moins en connaissance de cause . Nous regrettons vraiment que cela n’ai pas été indiqué dans l’annonce. Il serait honnête de le préciser pendant la période des travaux.
De plus le plafond de la terrasse fuit à certains endroits et mériterait d’être réparé. Prendre des gouttes d’eau quand vous passez n’est pas très agréable.
Quant au clic clac dans la cuisine, il est en mauvaise état et très inconfortable. En point positif le logement était propre et la vue magnifique mais cela ne vaut pas ce que nous avons payé compte tenu de ces désagréments

The location is very good close to Taormina old town (5 min walk), bus station and gondola to Isola Bella. It is in older building and exterior is not very appealing. Apartment inside is very small, two rooms, and pretty basic. Bathroom i.e. is only 3.5 ft wide, shower 3.5x2.5 ft, so for large people it maybe a problem. There are several flights of very narrow steps to the apartment.
Bed is full size with decent mattress and bedding. No bedside lighting, just main ceiling light.
Small indoor kitchen doubles as living and dining room.
Large tiled terrace with panoramic view of the sea with roof to protect from sun and rain.
Overall basic interior with very nice outdoor terrace (and outdoor small kitchenette, dining table and lounge chairs) in a convenient location. Owner is very helpful and responsive, great communication.

The place is great and the location can't be beat! Close enough to the main walk of Palermo, but just far enough to have a quiet evening on the terrace. View is amazing and terrace is wonderful. The house itself is small and perfect for 1-2 people. The linens and towels could be refreshed! overall a very nice stay and welcoming host.

Clearly, the large outdoor kitchen/patio with the amazing view ss what makes this air bnb so special. We appreciated being able to drop our bags off early.
