We are a short term leasing company specializing in 1-18 month stays. We used to have a minimum for leasing of 3 months, but airbnb has enabled us to do shorter stays with a much simpler less expensive process. We have about 35 units in our inventory. We have a wide variety of options in the city and prices to match. Our daily rates are lower than most but are priced for full occupancy.
