Are you a champion at the game The Floor is Lava? If so, this is the perfect house for you! Last minute stay as our rental fell through & our second & last experience renting from C. P. I had really hoped the prior dirty home we rented was a fluke & willing to give a 2nd try. Never again! The house was so filthy that my white socks were brown. Every surface (counters, tables, dressers) was covered in brown filth. We swept up food, trash, dirt & even cigarette butts from the main living area and 1 bedroom we used & scrubbed filth from the shower & toilet. The sheets were all stained (we bought a new set to use) & the shower liner moldy. We were given a tiny refund & offered to have the cleaning service come in the second day. We had already spent a night in the house, leaving the next morning & most importantly already cleaned the house enough to make it livable the first night we were there! I’m baffled by the amazing online reviews as the house guestbook greatly mimicked our stay.
