Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The place is clean and host was responsive. The building has a washer and dryer which was a plus though you have to pay using an app. There was a slight hiccup with the air conditioner in the bedroom as the hose was not connected to the window so it was blowing hot air into the room and due to our very late arrival that night there was nothing we can do. We then message our host and initially she directed us to YouTube to try to connect it ourselves but we’re not handy enough to do this type of job and I don’t think that it is our job to figure this out either. I then informed Cristina that she needs to send the maintenance staff to address it which she did the following day and we have no other issues after that.

Christina was an amazing host! The place was cozy, and exactly as described. She made sure everything was comfortable and that I had. Communication was quick and easy, and she was always attentive and welcoming. The location was perfect, quiet, and made for a relaxing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

Christina was on top of messages. She over delivered with different kinds of stocked coffee! There are a lot of breakable items so extra extra eye. We moved stuff to top-shelves and hope we returned everything to its proper places.
