Clean, new and perfect spot to land while visiting my kids who live in AK. Good location with close proximity to the places I needed to go. Very cozy and welcoming.

Ann Marie’s place felt warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the front door.
The Sky Haus was meticulously clean and well appointed and felt like a home away from home.
It’s conveniently located just minutes from stores and restaurants. Also close by was easy access to the scenic Seward Highway, and hiking trails in the Chugach mountain range, with a hike to Flattop not to be missed.
Ann Marie was an extremely helpful and responsive host, getting back to me fast and answering all my questions. In addition she went out of her way to help me figure out how to get my salmon catch back home with me.
I liked it so much that, when my travel plans unexpectedly changed, I stayed for an additional two nights.
If I return to Alaska in the future I hope to stay here again.
