We had a magical stay in Falmouth (we were a group of 4 adults and 4 children). The view of the ocean is spectacular and the house has amazing views from pretty much every room. The boathouse and dock were an incredible extra area to hang out. Watching the sunrise from the dock was one of my favorite experiences. The indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna were easy to use and greatly enhanced our weekend stay. Its an easy 10 minute drive into Portland and all the great food there. Falmouth itself has all the stores you might need and some great areas to walk around and explore. 10/10 stay.

As soon as the home revealed itself at the end of the private road, I was genuinely speechless. It felt like we had stepped onto a movie set. The design, the setting, the serenity… everything was magic.

We made full use of the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room, perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring. Mornings started slow, sipping coffee by the water, and evenings ended with golden light reflecting off the dock. We even made friends with the local geese, which became an unexpected highlight of the trip.

The home itself was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out, and full of little details that made the stay feel luxurious but still cozy. Whether you’re here to disconnect or make memories with friends and family, this place has a kind of quiet magic that stays with you long after you leave.
