This is one of my favorite secret garden type places I have found in my many years of traveling! You can tell this place is special the moment you walk up the pathway lined with hollyhocks and sunflowers. The hosts are care takers of a beautiful space and what a gift it was to meet them. This is why I love air bnb - folks opening up their homes and their lives to other travelers. It connects us all a little more, even if ever so briefly. I was blessed to touch down here for a few days and enjoy the peace and the breeze before rushing off onto another unnamed, numbered highway.

It was a wonderful oasis, they provided everything you needed to have a great time there. The location is perfect, close to the city but far enough where you feel like it’s a true vacation. Steve and Peggy are very welcoming along with their great dog Ruby. It is a home away from home!
