The flat is very nice and extremely well located. Very small though, but I was expecting that.

We had WiFi issues the 4 days we stayed there. We didn’t have a resolution, and the answer from the host the company who runs this for them were very slow. At the end I had to use roaming which of course was not right and more expensive for us.

Beware that the flat is posted several times in the AirBnB page with different ratings.

Excellent location. Very small apartment but it has everything needed. I had an issue with the internet which was never solved. Very frustrating. The host does not answer fast or solve the issues right away.

I'm from country, where even with cheap prices- You have to be on top with the best quality, best comfort, everything fixed, working properly etc.
For me it is strange to pay so much, when You even cannot close the bathroom door, cos the knob falls out; You cannot open the dishwasher without big noise, cos Ikea furniture details falls down, you cannot charge Your phone by the bed, by the coach, by the table, cos electricity station works only in one place etc.
Ok, great place, good that you have kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer in bathroom, not many competitors around, who would offer smth more and/ or better, but any way- I didn't feel that it was worth spending so much.

The landlord informed me the day before I arrived that the room I had booked needed to be maintained and moved upstairs. But when I arrived, I found out the landlord had lied about letting the room to someone else. He shamelessly demanded that we go back to our apartment at 2pm the next day and take our luggage downstairs. After we protested, he insisted that we must do so, which caused our schedule for the next day to be disrupted. The days we arrived in Paris were so hot that we hoped he would provide a fan, but he didn't respond. It was so infuriating that our family didn't sleep that night. It's the first time I've seen such an unscrupulous landlord.
