Marcos place was the cheapest in Tulum, good location, and helped us a lot on our budget trip. Marco was quick to respond and help us with what we needed. Bike rental was great and is cheaper than anywhere in town. His family has a store right next to the place that is great for snacks. Right across from a park/ playground. Tv had working channels. A/c worked. Marco provided purified water! Only way it could be better is if there had been a kitchenette or window, but no one minded us sharing the outside space.
