We loved visiting Turin but we didn’t have a great time here.

The room was very hot and the fan was noisy and ineffective.

The room was clean with nice touches - breakfast items & bathrobes. However the shower cubicle needs replacing and is not particularly clean.

The wifi didn’t work when we were there and the host wasn’t proactive in fixing it, although they were apologetic.

The main issue was with communication. Whilst the host replied promptly it was not thorough (see wifi issue). There was an issue with our check out times - some of it was an air B&B translate issue but I think if the host was more involved and attentive it wouldn’t have happened. We ended up having a cross over of our check out time and someone else’s check in, which meant we came back to the place to someone else’s things in there. Luckily we had already packed and could leave quickly but it was frustrating.

We also felt that more could have been done to make up for these things.

Si tratta di una mansardina ben attrezzata e pulita, molto centrale quindi perfetta per raggiungere a piedi ogni punto del centro città. La descrizione è puntuale ma per accedere al pianerottolo c’è una rampa di scale molto ripida e questo può essere un problema, se si ha un bagaglio pesante.
Da prendere in considerazione solo
per soggiorni brevi.

Appartement propre et climatisé idéalement situé aux portes de San Salvatore et du quartier central !

Ethel è un host molto gentile e proattiva, sempre pronta ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. L'appartamento è in posizione strategica, attaccata a Porta Nuova e al centro. Non la definirei una suite,anche se il mobilio e tutto il resto è molto nuovo. Sicuramente è perfetto come base d'appoggio per una notte.
