Great stay-lovely cabin! Thanks for everything!

You can’t beat the sledding behind this home, especially after all that record breaking snow. We loved the location, the hot tub and the upstairs bedrooms. The pictures are a little off. The pictures look much more updated and modern than it was in person-but not terrible. It is still a great place. And everything was clean and in order. It was furnished nicely and had everything you could want. The game room was definitely a big hit with our kids. They probably had more fun than we did. Oh! There isn’t a TV in the living room, so be mindful if you like to watch tv in front of the fireplace. But there is one in all the other rooms and very easy to work.
Overall, a charming and well located home. We would stay here again. The kids have already been asking to go back.

Overall the house had everything we needed to accommodate our group of 9 individuals. It would be great to have a third bathroom and more mirrors but we made it work. The neighborhood is in a great location. Very close to the airport and close to salsa clubs if that is your thing. I will say it is an older home that has been revamped so don’t be surprised when you walk in and it smells a bit moldy. Part of that could have been because it was hot and humid outside and the AC was not on when we walked in. Overall Jacob is very quick to answer and so is Utopic Villa who is the company the listing is under. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.
