Right smack in the middle of Chinatown for the win. if you are taking car, you will need to walk to the heart of the Petaling Street, look up to see the bricked walls to find the hotel. Lift not working and the reception is on 2nd floor. Fairly decent for the price, except one night I was out till 2am and got locked out of the hotel. Expect to pay additional RM30 for tourist tax.

L'entrée de l'hôtel est un peu cachée et l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas (accueil au 2ème étage et chambre au 3ème).
Personne à l'accueil à mon arrivée, il a fallu sonner plusieurs fois. Quand il y a eu un problème avec internet, toujours personne à l'accueil mais plutôt réactif sur les réseaux sociaux.
Chambre petite, humide malgré la climatisation, la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas et donne sur les autres chambres, on doit garder les rideaux fermés.
Draps lavés mais avec des tâches et une odeur de moisi. Salle de bain privée, petite mais propre.
Bien situé et plutôt bien isolée malgré le quartier animé et bruyant.

The hotel feels more like a hostel and the real benefit is its location in the middle of Petaling St, if that is desirable logistically. The streets of Petaling St, especially back & side lanes are generally quite grungy, so entering the hotel entrance through one of the side streets isn't the most welcoming experience. The staircase to the hotel is dark and feels grungy. When we got to the reception level, the light-filled design of the general space and opening to the terrace which overlooks Petaling St was a relief. We stayed in a queen bed room upstairs and the room only just fit the bed, with a small shower/ toilet next to the bed, giving very little space for movement, privacy or ventilation. The condition of the room and shower/ toilet was generally clean, however the toilet and shower glass/ floor wasn't completely clean. For the price and its central location, the value is fair. The hotel seems to be lack of staff, as there was often no one at the reception when we needed help
