Great stay! The location was perfect. Close to Vanderbilt University and in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and the space was cozy and comfortable. It’s a lovely spot for a quick weekend trip, and highly recommend!

We are very pleased with our choice to book here. We booked last minute as we realized we wanted a place to stay in walkable distance to Broadway, rather than using ride apps. The space was clean, quiet, and easy to navigate. Another plus was the opportunity to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue to explore the city before our afternoon flight. Staff was very communicative via Airbnb app, text, and email. One thing that would’ve been helpful is if the instructions could have been messaged in the Airbnb app rather than text message (easily lost in text message & multiple numbers came through on the messages). Another item that would’ve have been appreciated is a water fountain or told the location of such. Overall, would we consider returning.

Excellent value for money and great location, a little out the way from broadway but super close to Music Row which was arguably better!

Customer support was super helpful in terms of access issues when had.
