One-bedroom apartment at the end of a commercial street in University Heights. The streets were fairly safe and quiet, even though the apartment is over a bar. There was some noise late into the evening, but I had no problem sleeping through it.

Apartment was basic but had everything I needed for my stay, and the host was communicative with minor maintenance issues I had.

Me and my partner stayed for a couple nights at Jay’s property. Entire process was seamless, from check in to check out. Him and his team are very responsive and check up on you to make sure everything is good. The apartment was easy to access and very clean! They’re able to fit a good amount into a smaller space while not feeling cluttered and the balcony is a huge plus. Definitely recommend staying over.
