5 star for the view, 3 star for maintenance of the place. Hope the host restores some of the things to better shape (especially the red chair, stained carpets and leaky second toilet). Host is responsive. The view and location are awesome. If you take a duck tour, you will get to see your own stay from the lake side ;) The apartment itself is next to a tourist attraction. So overall, I recommend this stay if you can put up with average maintenance.

Great little getaway on Lake Hamilton. Very close to really good restaurants. Centrally located for most tourist attractions. Will absolutely use again.

The space was nice and surroundings were beautiful. The location was a few minutes drive from town. The only downfall was that the amenities listed body wash and shampoo which were not provided. Complimentary coffee would also have been appreciated.

The view would be a 5 star hands down but I was upset about the stains on the carpet. It says walk down a flight of stairs, really it’s 2 flights. There is one chair in the living area that needs tossed out. The carpets need to be replaced. The stains on both bedsides makes me believe someone just vomit all over the room. The tv in living room is small but that was okay. The tub water is on backwards, I found that out by the host. Patio would be perfect for relaxing or to sit and eat but the cob webs. Overall, the condo and the view is awesome but the cleanliness could use some major improvements. The host was nice on each call and text. It was no internet connection for the tv at first, the stains he advised he aware, the label for H & C water is on backwards. All this should be described so he won’t get messages throughout the day but he was extremely nice about responding. Also, everything is right there so in a convenient location.
