Loved this spot for a weekend in Palm Springs! The location was perfect to walk to downtown, but was still quiet and felt private. It had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet and private.
Secluded location and yet walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping.

We stayed in Villa G, it is a convenient spot, close to downtown. The unit is fine, it’s a little dated, but serviceable. Getting in to the unit was easy and it was quiet and comfortable. The only parking we could get was about a block up the street. Cole was prompt in responding to questions.

We had a short two day stay at Coles place, we stood in unit A. Very nice, clean, comfortable much more than pictures give credit for. Was pretty quite considering that Downtown in like a 3 min walk from there. We were greeted by Chile the property managers cat <3 very cute. We didn’t get to use the pool but that cause we were too busy shopping and what not. Definitely book here if you have the chance. Only semi negative thing i can advise you on, is if you are in unit A, your unit controls the temp, so if the unit behind you isn’t hot blooded like you, you might get complaints from them over your temp for YOUR unit. OVERALL: Definitely book. Worth every penny, and Cole was very easy and pleasant to book with. You will not be disappointed.
