This location was super close to The village which is why I booked it.

John and the team from Clouds were amazing hosts. They were always available to help no matter the inquiry. They also checked in on us following our check-in to make sure we were settled well and didn’t lack anything. I appreciate the hospitality and the wonderful service. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable Airbnb.

Smaller than expected, but clean and a good location for walking and hopping on the metro. Good for a night or two.

The location is top notch if you want to be in the heart of Montreal! The bed was very comfortable and rain shower was great! Unfortunately, the add gave us the impression there was a balcony but this was not accurate. It seems the add was rectified after we complained. The host did offer a small refund on our stay which was nice.

Please don't expect to have a fully equipped kitchen, we had no pots/pans, no glasses and plates that can't be used in the microwave. The tv did not work but they did replace that for us when asked. We asked for kitchen supplies but they never came in a 3 day stay! The building is also not secure as mentioned... the outside door will not lock.

We are not typically picky in our accomodations but we were disappointed with this spot. All in all, a decent spot to lay your head but could be improved!
