If you have another option, take it because I can't recommend this AirBnB. There are 2 positive aspects: its proximity to Forest Park is great and the bed is comfortable. Otherwise,

1. to obtain check-in details requires you to register on another site, accept another org's T&C and generally just waste more time for what purpose? You may have the ability to check in early for a fee, but communication is lacking, especially if it's before 10am.
2. the neighbor to the right is horrible. Since there is a truck and trailer parked in front of the Airbnb property, probably for the past year, you'll need to park in front of this neighbor's house, and that is when the problems begin and were only resolved by the police being called.
3. the amenities are sparse (1 spoon, 8 forks) and second-hand (the couch's previous owner had a cat and is scratched up). All in all it's nowhere near home away from home.

This home was as described. Great location. No frills. A few extra items would have made it better; hand soap in the bathroom, more than one spoon. The home is perfectly adequate for a weekend stay. Will stay here again.
