Really wonderful location- so walkable. And the back courtyard was a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet coffee! Comfy bed and even the coffee maker was prepped and ready.

Great location and perfect quaint little courtyard. Shower water pressure left something to be desired but I imagine this is common as most buildings in NOLA are very old.

We had such an amazing time here! A beautiful space with the kind of old-world New Orleans charm we were looking for in a great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do while being just far enough from the action that we could come back to some peace and quiet at the end of the night. It was also really easy to park our car for the week in the recommended lot. Andrew was super communicative and we ran into the cleaner a couple times who was also incredibly kind (I forgot her name - sorry!). We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, I loved the space. We had stayed in a different room in the past, but the Jazz Fest Room was better. The space was a little tight with all of our stuff, but we made it work. The room was quiet, and I appreciated the dehumidifier. We parked in the Marigny area but parked in front to unload and load the car. The wifi was intermittent which meant the tv worked intermittently. The shower was good with shampoo/conditioner and body wash, and there were plenty of towels. The main issue was that the battery went out on the keypad for the door, and we'd been given the wrong code for the lockbox for the key. We arrived back at 1:30 am and were unable to get in. We called the emergency number, and no one answered. We ended up spending all night in a nearby bar until someone responded after 8 am (after I kept calling), when I was given the correct code. We were told that the person on call had been hospitalized. Andrew tried to make it right, and I would stay again.
