Brenda was an amazing host! Me and my friends stayed her for fall break and it was perfect! We were just a 10-15 minute drive from every where we wanted to go!! Amazing place!!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Brenda’s place. She is a great host. I had a chance to meet Brenda in person. She responded instantly to any question I asked before and after a check-in and was very accommodative. I needed a place to stay for a visit in this particular area. A check-in was flexible and easy. There were four parking spaces. Looks like the house was recently remodeled with a beautiful interior design and a very cozy living room just like on the photos. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom, but it would not have been a major inconvenience if I had to use a shared bathroom. The kitchen had everything for preparing a simple meal. The house was sparkling clean. It was very quiet. On a day when I did not have a car, I walked to a bus stop on Rivers Ave and took a bus to downtown. It was actually convenient not to deal with parking in downtown. I had a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay in this place again. Thank you very much, Brenda.
