Rasul is an excellent host, from the moment I booked until I reached the property we were in constant touch. He even offered us a free pick up from the airport, guided us on what all we can do around Baku. We booked the property during the F1 weekend as that was the primary purpose of our visit. At the last moment we were upgraded to a 3 bed loft apartment. Little bit issues here at there but the apartment was clean and all amenities were available. Highly recommended book, Rasul is a super host.

Location, location, location! The apartment is in the heart of the tourist area surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful parks and gardens with several statues.

The apartment was cute and compact; upstairs is the bedroom loft, bathroom and sitting room area downstairs. Perfect for my needs.

Dima was an amazing host: Picking me up at the airport, walking my luggage to the apartment, showing me around inside to familiarize me with where everything is located, and then bringing me back to the airport for my return flight. Extremely responsive to any questions and truly provides amazing hospitality!

We shared many laughs and travel stories and I hope to return to Baku again someday. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Baku!

Однако, состояние квартиры требует серьезного внимания ( замена матрасов , поменять все ручки в дверях и т. Д. ) Если бы собственник провел ремонт, эта квартира могла бы стать настоящей жемчужиной.
