This was a clean place but in need of some updates. The screen door was coming off the rails, the shower also, fixtures rusty. The pull out bed was a mystery for a while - the guy at the desk who was filling in (this is like a hotel, not a home) came over and helped us figure it out it, but it took a while. There is a boat that owns the slip right outside the door and windows and there were workers on it the whole time, and other marina workers walking around right outside so we had to keep our curtains drawn most of the time. It had a cool feel to it though, like we were in our own little tugboat in the marina. But just know that it's a little shabby. The restaurants right there were nice, and it is very convenient to drive into downtown or one of the many beautiful beaches. It's also fun to look at the boats in the marina. There is no kitchen or anything, so just know that it is more like a hotel with a fridge (I couldn't get the coffee maker to work, but I think the microwave was ok
