Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. This Lovely 2/1 home is minutes from the I-5 freeway located in Corning CA. Come stay for a night or extended period of time. Dog friendly too! Enjoy the many things Corning has to offer-Rolling Hills Casino, Sacramento River for fishing, only 6 min away! This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home. There will be a fine of $500 if violated.

Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.
