Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard. The flat also features a king bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed and space for an extra mattress. Experience the coast like a local.

Blue lagoon Studio

A truly luxurious couples retreat! This private villa style getaway has its own private access and and deck space to relax in and features an hot outdoor shower. Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Only 1.5hrs from Sydney's CBD, The Studio offers comfort and privacy. Newly built with quality inclusions and parking at your door. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.

The Black Pearl - Loft by the Bay

A self contained loft just five minuets walking distance from one of the Central Coasts most secluded bays. Follow the track that only locals know and enjoy some of the finest caffeine in town, all within walking distance of this light filled, calm and unique space. The guesthouse has a loft bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning and a skylight directly above head. The high ceilings and open living space features a generous ensuite and a modest kitchenette.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Corona Cottage - A Private Oasis

Where Country meets the Coast, Corona Cottage is set on 2.5 acres of beautiful lawns & gardens with stunning views of the valley, just 10 minutes off the freeway & only 1 hour from Sydney. Enjoy a wander around the grounds, viewing an abundance of exotic fruit and nut trees. Take a dip in the pool, or just sit back, relax and soak up the peace and tranquility.
