Positioned just five minutes from San José and around 20 minutes from Ibiza Town and the airport, the property offers a convenient base while maintaining privacy and tranquillity.

With panoramic views stretching across almond and olive groves to San Antonio Bay and the Mediterranean beyond, the villa boasts a spectacular vantage point for enjoying Ibiza’s famous sunsets.

The villa’s design blends sleek contemporary architecture with natural surroundings. Intimate terraces step down the hillside, leading to a sun-drenched swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens filled with palms and pines. Several chill-out areas, both shaded and open, are arranged throughout the grounds, including an upper terrace featuring a rustic dining table that seats twelve; perfect for alfresco meals under sunset skies or starlit evenings.

Inside, the house is designed for both relaxation and sociable living. To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

High season (July and August) - Monday to Saturday - 2 staff each work 2 hours daily.
(No cleaning on Sundays).
Low Season (All other months) - 2 staff each work 2 hours every Wednesday.
