The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
