This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

All are welcome to enjoy our Art House, full of light, color and art, just two blocks from the beautiful French Quarter via the Algiers ferry. Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis away from home. Contemporary camp on the lake, perfect for your next fishing trip! Located only 30 minutes from downtown New Orleans and near many fishing charter and swamp tour options. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining space, and living space. The outdoor balcony and deck are great for watching the sunset or relaxing with a cold one. The deck includes ample dining space, hammocks, kayaks, and outdoor activities.
