This is a newly renovated apartment for airbnb guests. It's 10mins walk from Fujisawa station. From Fujisawa station, 20mins to Kamakura, Enoshima island by train or bus. I recommend to get on the Enoden line that is local train takes you ocean and Enoshima island and Kamakura.
